OticPharma started at Peregrine’s incubator as the developer of a foam-based medication for the treatment of ear disorders.

The company was merged into Tokai Pharmaceutical and later on changed its product strategy and its name to Eledon Pharmaceutical (NASDAQ: ELDN) , Exit through IPO.
